Agreement
By using artificial.lv (the website, API, accounts, or agent downloads) you agree to these Terms with Artificial Intelligence SIA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
We offer an API proxy billed in artificial.lv API tokens, a limited free IP tier, prepaid balance via Stripe, and related tools (including an open-source PowerShell agent). Features may change. The agent runs on your machine with the permissions you grant (often Administrator); you are responsible for what it executes.
Accounts & keys
Keep your login and API keys confidential. You are responsible for usage under your keys and for activity from your IP on the free tier. We may suspend accounts or keys for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
API tokens & payments
Prepaid top-ups credit artificial.lv API token balance (displayed in EUR). Usage is debited at our published API token rates. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may enable optional auto top-up, which charges your saved card when balance falls below a threshold. Except where required by law, token balance is non-refundable once purchased. Free-tier quotas are not a guaranteed entitlement and may be changed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to attack systems you do not own/authorize, to evade limits dishonestly, or to resell access in violation of upstream provider rules. Do not attempt to break into the admin panel or other users’ accounts.
Upstream AI
Model outputs are generated by third-party providers. We do not warrant accuracy, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on outputs as sole advice for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss on your devices, or upstream outages. Our aggregate liability for paid service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for API tokens in that period.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
