What we provide
We provide an OpenAI-compatible API proxy, prepaid API token balance, user accounts, and an optional open-source PowerShell agent that runs on your computer.
Data we process
- Account data — email, optional name, password hash (if you register with email), Google account identifiers if you use Google sign-in.
- API usage — IP address, timestamps, model name, token counts, status codes, estimated billable token spend, and similar technical logs needed to run free-tier limits and prepaid billing.
- API keys — personal keys issued to your account (stored so we can authenticate requests).
- Payments — top-ups are processed by Stripe. We store payment session references and credited amounts; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
- Agent activity on your PC — the PowerShell agent runs locally under your control. We do not receive your desktop files unless you (or the agent at your request) send them through our API as part of a chat/completion request.
Why we process data
To provide the service, secure accounts, enforce free-tier and prepaid limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Legal bases under GDPR include contract performance, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and legal obligations where applicable.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for language preference, session login, and remembering cookie-notice acknowledgement. We also use Microsoft Clarity (analytics) to understand site usage. See the Cookie Policy.
Processors & transfers
We use infrastructure and processors such as our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), Google (optional OAuth), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics), and OpenAI (model inference for proxied API requests). Content you send to the API is forwarded to the upstream model provider to fulfil your request.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed for accounting/abuse prevention. Request logs are retained for operational and security purposes and may be pruned periodically.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing, subject to applicable law. Contact hello@artificial.lv. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (DVI).
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
